Andrew is a New Zealand-trained GP with broad clinical experience across general practice and hospital medicine. He is a Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners and holds a postgraduate diploma in palliative care.
He has completed a certificate in dermoscopy, performs skin checks and some minor skin surgery.
In addition to his clinical work, Andrew has a strong interest in medical education and has previously supervised general practice registrars.
Andrew loves working as a GP, he enjoys the long-term relationships that are built with patients and helping them to achieve their goals.
Having recently returned home to New Zealand after a year working in Australia, Andrew is looking forward to caring for the Hibiscus Coast community and building lasting relationships with his patients.
Outside of work, Andrew can be found fishing, cycling, or spending time with his wonderful partner and cheeky 2.5-year-old daughter.
